Sinclair Serenade is a married musical duo (Justin & Joy Sinclair) based in Southern California that plays events of all kinds, specializing in weddings, with a variety of packages. We can play a classical piece as you walk down the aisle, jam out your favorite song as you walk out, serenade your guests for cocktail hour or dinner, and even DJ once your everyone hits the dance floor — or bring a full band to pump up the energy!

Words can’t fully capture how incredible Justin & Joy (Sinclair Serenade) are. Sweetness, joy and warmth filled our wedding ceremony with every note they played– exactly what we had hoped it would be and more. After discussing our relationship journey with my husband, they even created a special song just for us, to my surprise! The song beautifully captured our story. Hearing it performed live during our ceremony was such an emotional moment for us and our guests–cue tears! Their harmonies blended perfectly and the songs we chose were performed with such skill and authenticity. We are beyond grateful we chose them for our wedding music! Can’t recommend more!
We hired Justin and Joy to do live music for a backyard baby shower. They were amazing. They turned an average event into a special, lasting memory.
I commissioned Justin to write an original song as an anniversary gift to my husband and it remains the best gift I’ve ever been able to give. Justin’s process reflects his organic, easy-going yet deeply intentional style; out of my sometimes chaotic, sprawling answers to his questions, he managed to write a song that intimately reflected my husband and I as a couple. He’s lyrically gifted. He and Joy are special people, and they treat every person, event and performance as appropriately special as well. Also, they sound great. 😉
What to Expect
Between the two of us, we have performed hundreds of times across Los Angeles and beyond — at countless weddings and events, as well as concert venues throughout LA, the US, and the world.
We are both friendly and upbeat, professional in communication and comfortable on stage. We have dozens of songs and pieces to choose from, and will weave songs to make your event unforgettable. We can also learn songs of your choice if you let us know ahead of time!
We have the sound system covered — included in your package, we will bring a professional system to fit the size of the event. Just tell us where you want us to set up and we’ll handle it!

About
Justin & Joy Sinclair are a married musical duo from Los Angeles.
Justin records and performs full time with artists all across LA. He recently toured with Train in Europe, playing guitar and singing with the opening act, Ilsey. Most of his time is spent producing and writing songs with singer-songwriter and pop artists for radio, film, and tv.
Joy teaches violin, piano, and yoga to children. She loves to help children grow into their fullest selves, inspired deeply by Mister Rogers, knowing as he said that “a love of learning has a lot to do with learning that we’re loved”.
Together, they enjoy traveling, reading, and cuddling their two adorable kittens, Leo & Pema. Most of all, they love making music together and feel most fulfilled when sharing this love with others at special events or occasions.
